It offers the similar gameplay to Shinobi, where the player can jump up and down between different planes. The goal of the player is to find and capture the wanted criminal and face the boss at the end of each stage. The player character is armed with a single-shot pistol, but being promoted to ESWAT upon capturing three criminals. The player navigates the world from a side-scroll perspective with a task to complete all the levels to save the world from being destroyed. During the game, the player is armed with a power suit with the mount machine gun and the player can access special weapons within the stages. With superb graphics and brilliant mechanics, E-SWAT: Cyber Police is the best game to play.
