Still Life 2 revolves around Adventure gameplay and supports Single-player mode developed by Gameco Studios and published by Microids for Multiple Platforms. The game is the sequel to Still Life, released in 2005, and revolves around the characters and themes of Post Mortem video game, released in 2003. The story follows the FBI special agent named Victoria McPherson who is struggling to track down and fending off the serial killer. The gameplay has moved with the murderer called the East Coast Killer, to Maine. It uses the similar storytelling device of switching back and forth between two different playable characters to its predecessor. The 2nd character in one of the victims of the killer, named Paloma Hernandez, covering the crimes of the East Coast Killer, making the game switch between survival and investigation. The animatronics having shiny red eyes and dark faces are there, and the player has to survive in this epic adventure. The player possesses a tablet to watch the security cameras and he must be seriously careful.
