XCOM: Chimera Squad is a Turn-based, Tactical, Strategy, and Single-player video game developed by Firaxis Games. All through the game, the player takes on the leader of a squad who has to manage the squad through different missions and destroy the threats of the strangers who want to ruin the city. While battling the monsters, the player views the environment from the third-person perspective.
All the agents of the squad are unique and equip special tactical abilities. The player has to deploy a strong team with elite members to investigate and combat the dangers that cause the districts of the city in danger. Teamwork is most important as every member has to play a diligent role and helps the player in the completion of objectives.

The game takes place in the distant future where humanity struggles to defend the homeland by battling against an army of massive monsters called the Vek. To battle against monsters, the player needs to command soldiers, operating huge mechs that can be loaded with a huge arsenal of weaponry, armour, and other necessary equipment. The game offers the turn-based battle system, enabling the player to coordinate his team’s actions in response to the moves of enemies and actions that act to telegraph their attacks. During the battle, the player can command three different mechs against enemies and attempt to complete an objective for the map along with a specific number of turns to accomplish. The ultimate task is to defend civilian structures which support the power grid.
