It takes the player in the fictional city, known as Ashland. The player is free to patrol the environment or take on a set of twenty challenging missions. However, the first four missions are based on tutorials, and the rest of missions involve defeating increasingly difficult criminals. All the criminals range from a simple DUI or car thief to drug dealers, a runaway tank, and a bank robber. Once the player reaches the criminals, he must either pursue them or shoot them until they are forced to stop. In the game, the player drives his car from a third-person perspective, behind the car, and he aims to fulfill the requirements of each level to advance through the game. In the start, the player must select his car and then attempt to apprehend suspect to advance.
