Lee Everett helps a group of survivors stay alive and he leads them. Due to an open world gaming environment and a third person gaming perspective the player along with all the people roams freely and interacts with the item easily. The player controls the protagonist and helps him and other people fight against the hordes of zombies using every weapon they have. The life rate of survivors depends on the fighting abilities of all the fighters. With super cool graphics, a well-written storyline and many weapon choices, The Walking Dead provides with an amazingly fascinating game-play.

The story of the game is mostly inspired by its predecessor Deus EX: Human Revolution. According to the storyline of the game, it is set in the year 2027 and revolves around the character of the protagonist Ben Saxon an augmented mercenary working for Belltower Associates. The game kicks off with you (Protagonist) and Anna Kelso hiding from the radar of Illuminati commander Jaron Namir and his associates named as Tyrants. The game paces forward and with the passage of time, the augmentation rejection stars to occur because of the global shortage of anti-augmentation medicine Neuropozyne. With no possible outlets to buy Neuropozyne, you set out for Panama City and upon reaching you get an offer of an alternative to the medicine Riezene by Zaaphire BioTech who is testing this medicine of human population illegally. Ben warns the company head and tells him about the involvement of Belltower’s involvement in illegal testing. The company head instead orders a tyrant to kill Ben but he hesitantly spares his life and escapes. Ben vows to avenge his murder plot and to stop the illegal testing of Riezene on humans and starts killing the Tyrants in order to reach the head of Belltower. After a long run of battles and heavy gun fights, Ben finds the antagonist and kills him and the story concludes.
