The game offers the playing field to the player, which is full of cookies of five different types, which are arranged in the rectangular form. The ultimate objective of the player in each level to clear the field of all the cookies to earn points. The player combines and matches the cookies of different colours such that the columns or rows contain only the same colour cookies to smash. In the game, the player controls the cursor on the grid-based map that can be used to rotate the lines in the manner similar, to the Rubik’s Cube. When the column or row is completed with the same colour cookies, the row is disappeared from the grid and left the points for the player to collect. The game has different modes such as Single-player Action mode and Multiplayer VS mode. There are many levels available, and each level has a set of objectives that the player needs to complete to move forward. With addictive gameplay and smooth controls, Yoshi’s Cookie is the best game to play.

The storyline revolves around the player who set out on a mission to save the people of his world from the custody of the antagonist. The game offers Tetris-style gameplay, in which the player needs to match three same-coloured gems to earn points.
