The Inner Sea is a Simulation, Strategy, RPG, and Single-player video game developed by dsquare for Windows. The game takes the player to the 17th century, where the player adopts the role of a commander and commands his team through sea journey to complete a set of missions.
The game allows the player to hire a crew that will help the player to overcome the troubles through the journey. One day, the ship of the player traps in the storm where the high winds blow and turn the ship into a damaged ship. The player will collect the resources to improve the ship’s performance.
As the player battles against various enemies, he can capture the winning ships and use them in his favor. The members of the crew will earn XPs after every fight, and the player can promote the members of the crew to different designations according to the XPs they possess. The Inner Sea game comes up with major highlights, such as Sea Adventure, Real-time Battles, Hire Members, Loot the Opponents, and Many Resources.

Windward revolves around Adventure, Sandbox, Role-playing, Exploration, and Atmospheric gameplay takes place in the procedurally generated world developed and published by Tasharen Entertainment Inc. The player can play the game by himself, but it truly comes alive when playing with buddies. The player begins the game by creating a randomly generated world that will be unique for him, where he has to design his custom faction then sail forward battling against pirates, completing quests, trading with Non-player Characters, or exploring the environment. The player can sail to find resources and can use to upgrade for his ship, new towns that will ask the player to help. He can explore the environment from a top-down perspective, captain his ship and attack against brutal pirates for resources.
