The game takes the player in 984 A.D. where the military force of the planet Earth sized the remaining parts of the Terminator which are sent back by Skynet from the future to slay Sarah Connor. She is the mother of the Earth, a resistance leader. Intelligence report shows that a group of scientists in 1992 stole these parts. The scientists believe that would this advanced technology remain in the wrong person and it would lead to the annihilation of humanity. In the futuristic year 2029 A.D., a conflict between machine and man has laid the world in chaos. After that, Skynet has appeared enough strong but losing the battle due to the research obtained by the resistance in the past.
