Playing as a surgeon is the main role of the player, and as a surgeon, he has to perform surgeries and operations using reasonable equipment. The game has eight available operations with the same procedure, such as determining basic facts about the patient and sterilizing a wound.
The player, after determining the condition, has to grab the appropriate tool from the table, clicks on the patient, and has to solve the puzzle. The operation procedure is the same, but the parts are different. Sometimes, the player has to operate a hand fracture, extract the keys from the abdomen, etc. the player has to control everything by mouse and clicks in a certain area to drag the mouse.
The nurse announces the next step until the operation gets finished. The player has to monitor the patient’s anesthesia signs and adjust two machines if he is at a critical level. Depending on the player performance during the operations, the game awards points.
