The Settlers II (released as The Settlers: Veni, Vidi, Vici, and German: Die Siedler II) is a RTS (Real-time Strategy), Single-player and Multiplayer video game developed and published by Blue Byte Software for multiple platforms. The game serves as the 2nd title in the series of The Settler video game and introducing the Single-player Campaign, new maps, a Map Editor and more. Now, the player can play the game in either a Single-player mod or in the Free Game mode with individual scenarios. The primary objective of the player is to build a settlement with multiple functioning economy system, conquering rival territories, producing sufficient units, and controlling the entire map. There are two different modes such as Campaign and Free Game. In Campaign mode, the player needs to complete a series of mission, in which he has to defeat the AI-controlled opponents to earn points. In Free Game mode, the player selects a map and effort to refine the game in multiple ways such as selecting which race to control (Japanese, Vikings, Nubians, or Romans), choosing the races (from two to four), and picking up the victory conditions. Warhammer 40,000: Squad Command is a Single-player, and Multiplayer Turn-based Tactics video game takes place in the Warhammer 4K Universe developed by RedLynx and published by THQ. It introduces 3 space marine chapters pitted against 3 legions of chaos fighting on the Ruhr III’s planet. The game comes with units from the tabletop wargame. In Single-player campaign, the game follows the ultramarines of Imperium more than fifteen challenging missions as they stop an incursion by the Legions of Chaos Marines. The multiplayer mode of the game supports up to eight-player on the local network. The game mainly revolves around the turn-based system, and it takes place in the 3D environment. There are more than twenty weapons which the player uses against enemies to earn Hit Points after killing them. There are many levels, and the player can explore the environment from an isometric perspective and move his units in the turn-based system to attack enemies.
