The story centers on the protagonist named as Ethan Winters, as he finds his beloved wife named as Mia, which leads him to a plantation by the Baker Family. The protagonist crafts weapons and other tools to face off Baker Family and the Molded, a form of bacteria. The primary objective is to explore the world from the first-person perspective and fight against zombies and other creatures using handguns, flame throwers, chainsaw, and shotgun, etc. There are a series of levels, and each level requires a completion of certain objectives to progress. The player can assume the role of the protagonist and his ultimate task is to fight against enemies and the Baker Family to rescue his wife Mia from dangers.
