Nancy Drew: The Secret of Shadow Ranch is an Adventure, Point-and-Click, and Single-player video game developed by Her Interactive and published by DreamCatcher for Microsoft Windows. The title is the 10th spectacular game in the series of Nancy Drew and comes with better graphics, mechanics and controls. The player takes on the protagonist’s role, an amateur sleuth named Nancy Drew and must embark on an adventure to solve the complex mystery through interrogation of solving puzzles, suspects, and discovering clues. The game contains two level of gameplay such as Senior and Junior Detective modes, and each mode comes with a different difficulty level of puzzles and hints. According to the plot, the female protagonist is invited to Shadow Ranch in fictional Arizona for the vocation. On the first of vocation, she finds out that the owners of the ranch named as Bet and Ed Rawley, are gone. Nancy Drew, Dave Gregory, Tex Britten, Shorty Thurmond, Mary Yazzie, etc. are prominent characters in the game.
