Commandos 2: Men of Courage developed by Pyro Studios and published by Eidos Interactive is a Real-time Tactics, Isometric, Single-player and Multiplayer video game. The game serves as the sequel to Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines and offers the similar gameplay to its original title. The player can control a squad during the game and struggle to sneak behind enemy lines to complete a variety of objectives. The environment of the game takes place from 1941 to 1945 and centers on the conflict between Western against Germans and the Japanese against the Pacific. There are a variety of missions, and each mission comes with a set of objectives that the player has to accomplish at any cost to earn points. Each character in the squad has its unique personality, a set of weapons and equipment which are necessary to overcome the specific enemy line. During the game, the player is capable of commanding either one soldier or all to fulfill the tasks. The game becomes tough, as the player advanced through it. It takes place during the event of WWII and introduces a Single-player campaign that comes with battles take place in the Soviet Union, Europe, and North Africa spanning over three campaigns such as Soviets, Germans, and Allies. It introduces Real-time Tactics gameplay, in which the player must complete a set of military-themed objectives and the main focus of the game is on military tactics and special operations and it doesn’t introduce base building, resource gathering, or research technologies, similar to traditional RTS games. In the start, the player must take on the leader role, recruit his army, build a base, equip weapons, and then come out on the battlefield to face off opposing teams to conquer the world.
