Mega Man 3 is an Action, Platform, and Single-player video game developed by Capcom. The third title in the series of Mega Man video games, following the same format takes place forth by its two predecessors. In the game, the player assumes the role of the Mega Man, who needs to complete a set of stages in any available order. Taking down the boss of the stage will earn the player its weapons, which the player can choose and use at will throughout the rest of the game. The game comes with new elements, including the canine sidekick Rush and the ability to slide along the ground. It takes place during the unspecified year during the 21st century, where a mad scientist is planning to dominate the world, claims to have reformed and starts work with Dr. Light on a vital project to create a peace-keeping robot named as Gamma. However, the robot is charged with a series of mining lands. The game retains the series aspects such as action and platforming element. The player as the main character must traverse eight different stages.
