Throughout the game, the player finds himself underwater, where the main mission is to shoot all the dangerous and unimagined creatures. The player controls Mooba, the main hero, who has to use a variety of weapons and powers to survive underwater.

In the solo mode, the player is alone against enemies, but in the multiplayer mode, the player can team up with four players. The game has three playable modes as Adventure mode, versus mode, and co-op mode. In the Last Mooba Standing mode, the player must survive against hardships and stand last in the arena.
