Combat in the game is merciless, where the player has to survive many bullet hits instead of dying after only a couple of shots. The player can regain lost health in the middle of a mission, but if the player cannot recover the health, then a single headshot can instantly kill the player.

The player assumes the role of the protagonist and his ultimate task is to explore the world from a top-down perspective, while competing against enemies to rescuing his friend named as K-Dog. There are several characters available each with unique personality and ability. Earn points and use them to unlock additional items, weapons and equipment.
