Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War offers both Single-player and Multiplayer modes and lets players to experience the semi-realistic flight simulation gameplay, developed by Namco. The game acts as the part of the Ace Combat video game series, and it is divided into a Single-player campaign and a two-player versus mode. The setting takes place in 1995, fifteen years before the events of Ace Combat 5, centering on a war between the Allied and Belka forces. In the game, the player takes on the role of a fighter pilot named Cipher. During the gameplay, the player is helped by his fellow mercenary named Larry Foulke. Most of the narrative is played through the perspective of Brett Thompson, who is an Osean journalist. While playing the game, the player needs to face rival pilots throughout the game and must destroy them for advanced levels. There are many fighter aircrafts available, and each has its unique abilities and attributes. Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War includes prominent features such as Action-packed Gameplay, Detailed Graphics, Advanced Battle Tactics, Dogfight Action, and more.

Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War revolves around Combat Flight Simulation gameplay, developed by Project Ace and published by Bandai Namco. Like other titles, the game features only a Single-player mode and offers the similar gameplay that is a blend of authentic flight simulation and arcade flight. There are over fifty licensed real-world aircraft available, and the locations and events of the game are set in the fictional world. The main campaign takes place during the conflict between nations of Yuktobania and Osea. The plot revolves around the protagonist named Blaze, who is a fighter pilot and he must need to lead a four-plane unit called Wardog Squadron. It has three different modes such as Arcade, a Campaign, and an optional Tutorial. Unlike the previous games, the game doesn’t offer a multiplayer mode. The game starts with the player selecting his aircraft from available and then jumping into the world of war where he must take down enemy planes to make points and complete the requirements of each mission to proceed. Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War lets you become a fighter pilot.
