In the game, the player controls the Battle Engine on an epic battle against the Muspell to see who will rule over the world. The story follows the protagonist named Hawk Winter, a dock racer who races on his loader. After the brutal race, the friend of the protagonist and an Aquila Program threatens the colonel Chuck Kramer, who is the leader of the Forseti Air Force. The conflict begins with both powerful factions, and the chaos spread everywhere. The ice caps in the game on the planet have melted due to the greenhouse effect, causing the surface of the many planets ended up underwater. There are only thirteen islands scattered around the surface remain and only two civilizations left after the brutal disaster.
