The storyline revolves around an agent of the Strategic Homeland Division as the player struggles to rebuild his city. The game is played from a third-person viewpoint, and it takes place seven months after the release of the first title, in which a civil war between the evil and survivors bands breakouts. During the gameplay, the player can co-op with each other to complete a set of objectives to become the master. It also introduces raids feature, which can be accomplished by up to eight players. In the start, the player needs to choose his playable character and then partake in a massive fight against enemies who destroyed the world and became a reason for spreading chaos everywhere.
