The game takes the player in the old classic world to experience the storyline, revolving around the vigilantes, who are battling against countless street gangs. It takes place in the futuristic New York City, and it lets the player select one of three characters to jump into the game. The player navigates the world from a side-scroll perspective, the battle against enemies using his punches and kicks while collecting power-ups to boost his power, refill health bar, and more. There are several levels, and the player will face a boss at the end. Each stage is set in a unique location and introduces a themed gang. Most of the stages are made up of a single playing field where the player must take on several underlings before facing off the leader of the gang.
