The game is available with the side-scroll beat ‘em up gameplay based on the comic book series named Xenozoic Tales. There are four characters available in this game, namely Hannah, Jack, Mess, and Mustapha. Each character has its unique skills, abilities, and playstyle.

The player needs to select one of four characters and start playing the level in which he must explore the land, battle against enemies using his punching and kicking abilities or weapons while collecting power-ups to restore his health bar. During the gameplay, the player has access to multiple attacks. Each character has a special move that decreases the health bar upon contact with a foe. When two or more players play the game together, they can perform a team attack to defeat enemies.
