If he comes to the planet, there will be no more than destruction. The player has limited health, and as the foes attack the character, it gets depleted. In the first one, the player has limited lives to find the masks, and if the lives run out, the player has to restart. Modern Mode has replaced the lives with a death counter that keeps track of each death.
All the levels offer two separate variations, where each has a separate layout of hazards and enemies. Each mask of the game has a specific property that can help the player. The game has multiple characters where every character specifies a different playstyle.
