Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain is an Action-Adventure and Single-player video game developed by Silicon Knights and published by Crystal Dynamics. The game puts the player in charge of the protagonist named Kain, who is a slain resurrected as a vampire. According to the plot, the player is searching for his murderer to revenge and a cure to his vampire curse. In the game, the player is tasked with traveling the fictional world of Nosgoth and killing the Circle of Nine, an evil oligarchy of sorcerers, but slowly starts to forsake humankind and explore his transformation as a blessing. It takes place in the 2D world, and the game introduces Action-Adventure gameplay lets the player explore the environment from a top-down perspective. The entire gameplay is split between outdoor environment to explore, and dungeon crawls entailing puzzle-solving, hack and slash battle, and navigation hazards. To progress through the storyline, the player must find and take down the members of the Circle of Nine who serves as boss enemies. The game is a mix of 2D, Side-scrolling, and Action elements like previous entries of the match. The quest is to lead the protagonist through a monster-filled castle as you finds for your kidnapped mentor. It has a variety of levels, and each level needs a completion of individual objectives. The game rewards you with hit points for your progress or as you kill monsters to complete the level. Like other RPGs, the game includes a level-up system, character improvement, damage system and more. With most prominent features, heart-pumping environment, and brilliant mechanics, Castlevania: Circle of the Moon is the best game to play and enjoy.
